These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Valent Watches website (the “Website”) and participation in the skill-based prize competition operated by Valent Watches LLC, registered in the State of Ohio, USA (“Valent Watches”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing an entry, entering the competition, or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Qualifying Persons

Valent Watches operates a skill-based prize competition conducted exclusively via the Website.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. Persons professionally connected with Valent Watches may not enter.

2. Competition Structure

Valent Watches runs one competition at a time.

Each competition includes:

• A required skill-based question

• A live draw at the end of the promotion

• A pool of Instant Win prizes attached to the same competition

When you enter correctly, you are entered into the draw and eligible for Instant Wins.

3. Skill-Based Legal Basis

Entry depends on answering a genuine skill-based question correctly. This removes the element of chance and therefore no free entry route is required.

4. Restricted Territories

Entries from the following regions are prohibited:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China (PRC), Crimea, Cuba, East Timor, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Maldives, Mali, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, The Philippines, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, and all nations of Africa.

Purchases from these regions are void and refunded.

5. How Entry Works

To enter:

1. Select ticket quantity

2. Answer the skill question

3. Complete secure checkout

4. Receive email confirmation

Incorrect answers are charged but not entered.

You must use your full legal name.

6. Ticket Caps & Limits

Competitions may include a cap per entrant. Attempts to bypass caps may result in entries being excluded.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely via recognised payment methods available at checkout, including card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar providers.

Reversed or failed payments void entries and Instant Wins.

8. Optional Account

Accounts are optional. You may create one during checkout to save your details.

9. Instant Wins

Instant Wins are displayed on the competition page and form part of the same competition.

Winners are notified instantly and by email.

Site credit never expires.

10. Promotion Period

The competition ends when tickets sell out or the timer ends. It will never be extended to sell more tickets.

11. Live Draw

Draws are conducted using independent services such as Randomdraws.com for transparency.

12. Winners & Verification

Winners are contacted within 48 hours and have 14 days to respond.

Photo ID and proof of payment authority may be required.

13. Prizes & Delivery

Prizes are shipped insured and tracked.

No cash alternative unless explicitly stated.

Winners pay any taxes/duties.

14. Winner Publicity

Winners’ names may be announced. Participation in photos/videos is optional.

15. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All Website content belongs to Valent Watches. You may not copy or misuse it.

You must not attempt to harm, hack, or interfere with the Website.

16. Website Availability Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is”. We are not liable for downtime or errors.

17. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of tickets purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses.

18. Advertising & Platform Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or any brand featured as a prize.

19. Privacy & Cookies

Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

20. SMS Terms of Service

By subscribing to Valent Watches SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring text messages relating to:

• Competition updates

• Entry confirmations

• Winner notifications

• Promotions and offers

You do not need to subscribe to SMS to enter any competition.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and update it if changed.

21. General Legal Provisions

• We may update these Terms but never during a live competition.

• If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

• These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Valent Watches.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in Ohio State.
